At the Time of Delivery
- You are encouraged to open and check the parcel at your doorstep when our rider arrives.
- If you find any damaged or broken eggs, we will replace them immediately on the spot with fresh eggs.
After Delivery
- In rare cases, if you notice an issue later such as:
- A rotten egg
- A quality concern
- Simply inform us, and we will replace the affected eggs free of cost with your next order.
Important Notes
- Due to the perishable nature of eggs, returns are not accepted once the product has been used.
- Replacements are provided only for genuine quality issues.
- Brown Basket reserves the right to verify concerns before approving replacements.
